Calling all campers: what’s better, bush or beach? It’s so hard to choose, especially in Geelong, which boasts A+ experiences of both between the serene Brisbane Ranges and the beautiful beaches of the Bellarine.

For those looking for true adventure, the three-day Burchell Trail might be your speed, a 40km track that weaves through the ranges’ dry bushland, with two grounds along the way. Or become a beach bum at Barwon Heads or Bellarine Bayside, with both traditional tent and next-level glamping options available for those looking to be a little extra. Spend the day in surf and sun, or hit up nearby coastal trails, golf courses and even skydiving! We can’t decide which to do: maybe we’ll just have to plan two trips.
